The word “aanand” directly translates to “joy”. And going by a famous quote by Joseph Campbell “We cannot cure the world of sorrows, but we can choose to live in Joy”
Project Aanand aims to cater this very choice of leading a joyful life to those who are deprived of it. Under this project, the process of education is presented to the students in a rather interesting, exciting, and fun way by various means.
Frequent fun and learning trips, visits and participations in various science exhibitions
are among these channels to expose the students to the exciting facets of education. Some of
the prominent yearly programs introduced under Project Aanand are:

Project Aanand came into existence in the same year as Aaroha, which is 2014. It started with the rise of an evident need of the fun element in education for students. This led to the establishment of multiple annual programs and activities which introduced the students with this unseen side of the learning process.
